Vann and Liv is the cutest little children’s boutique there ever was. Not only are the clothes and accessories unbelievably adorable, but I cannot get over the beautiful decor. Major design crush over here. From the little dots on the ground to the hanging ice cream cones, it’s just so precious I had to share it on the blog.
We have been borrowing the rocking chair in Piper’s nursery from a friend, and are about to invest in our own. I am torn between dark gray or bright blue. After visiting Vann and Liv, I might have to go with the bright blue! We’ll see if I can convince Scofield ;)
^ Like seriously, so much cute!^ My little nugget! Gosh, I will never get over that red hair and sweet sweet perfect faceSkirt: ASOS | Shoes: Steve Madden | Top: Ruche | Necklace: Gabsies | Piper’s Playsuit: June and January | Piper’s Bow: The Splendid Bow Shop
As we were shopping around, I couldn’t help but wish all the little clothes came in adult sizes too! All so cute. And there were so many things I wanted to get for Piper, it was hard to decide!! If you’re in the Greenville area, be sure to check them out!

Donuts and Coffee? Yes please…She has starting this thing where she purses her lips together, and oh my gosh I die every time.
I recently met my friend Stephanie, of Olive and Tate, at The Village Grind for a coffee date. There’s nothing like a little morning outing with a friend to get your day going, am I right!? Being a new(ish) mom and being home a lot, it can be so easy to get stuck in a funk. I’ve found that it is essential for me to get out of the house regularly and have real adult talk with friends ;). Of course, Piper got to tag along and hang out in her jammies. Although that little stinker is refusing to nap on the go right now…I swear that girl is going to be a social monster, like her daddy.
Also, I absolutely cannot get over the little courtyard at The Village Grind. I mean, is it not the cutest thing ever!? I feel like I’m in a little Italian villa every time I sit out there. Seriously, this coffee shops fulfills all my design dreams. When can I move in??
I shared a post featuring the interior of the coffee shop in my ‘around town’ series a while back, here, if you care to see. Hope you guys are having a great day!

As much as I try to eat healthy, donuts will forever be the death of me. Like seriously, why are they so good!? I’ve always had the worst sweet tooth, so I like to try and give up sugar for a bit here and there, just so I don’t over-do it. These pictures are from a couple months ago when the air was just starting to warm, but still chilly, and we took a family trip to The Donut Experiment. I love how you can get creative and personalize your donuts here. We went with oreo, maple bacon, and strawberry icing with fruity pebbles. So yummy!Scofield dressed Piper for our outing, haha. I can see where he was going with the outfit, putting together cotton candy colors, but this picture makes me laugh every time. Piper’s like, “Dad, what am I wearing?” ;)I mean, do these not look amazing!? Such a fun little donut shop and family date! And if you’re interested, you can see more ‘Around Town’ posts here!

Hello, and happy day! Today I have another ‘Around Town‘ post for you guys, aaaand you guessed it … another coffee shop! ;) I am a crazy coffee girl, so I am seriously so thrilled that we have so many lovely coffee shops here in Greenville that I can choose from. My good friend Jessi recently took me to Bex coffee, and it is a winner, for sure! There are so many cute details and I love how chill the atmosphere is. Not to mention all of the beautiful natural light flooding in! If you’re in the Greenville area, you’ll definitely have to add this spot to your list to visit. You can also go here to see my other favorite coffee shops in the area!^ Didn’t I tell you!? … The sweetest little details.^ “Apple bottom jeans, boots with the fur…” This song, along with a few others, pops into my head when I wear these boots. There’s no fur… I don’t know…
