Dress: Tobi c/o| Boots: Steve Madden (similar) | Purse: Kate Spade (similar) | Necklace: BP. Suede Choker (on sale!!)
I am officially hooked on this red wine color. Whether it’s boots, a dress, or a sweater, I can’t get enough of it! One of my good friends had bridesmaid dresses this color in her wedding last year, and I have been obsessed with it ever since. This dress is seriously so cozy, and I love that it can be dressed up, like I’ve done here, or dressed down with tennis shoes and a baseball cap. Perfect for those long mom days when I can’t find the time to squeeze in a shower (which happen far too often!!). You can find this particular dress at Tobi, which is currently on sale! I’ve linked some similar ones below.
I have also officially jumped on the choker trend. I remember wearing stretchy ones as a kid ;), and I never saw myself wearing one again. But, it seems I’ve turned a corner and choker’s are another favorite clothing item I’ve been sporting lately.
I hope you had the most fabulous Christmas!

I love everything about the holiday season – the lights, cold weather, peppermint mochas, christmas music, sparkly dresses. And while I’m down to throw on a sparkly holiday dress any day, I also love to bring a little festivity into my casual, everyday attire, too. One of my favorite ways to do this is with accessories, like this plaid blanket scarf. It’s warm and cozy, and it adds the perfect holiday touch. I paired it with some gold jewelry, and of course that peppermint mocha ;)
This particular scarf is no longer available, but I have linked some other cute and festive ones below that are very similar and will keep you warm through this winter season!

We are back from our trip to Florida and have had a busy week last few weeks with Thanksgiving and birthday celebrations. Piper turned one and I turned 26! I wore this outfit one evening on our trip away, and it was perfect for the weather down south. It was 70’s and sunny all week, so the light blouse was perfect and the boots kept me warm and cozy when the sun went down at night. I am seriously living in these boots and they have been my best fall purchase. They have enough of a heel that you can dress them up, but they’re also cozy enough that you can dress them down. Plus, they are warm and fuzzy on the inside! And you can’t beat warm and fuzzy!
